We can arrange for all types of work but prefer to regularly inspect the whole property, inside and out, to spot any problems before they turn into disasters. There are many benefits of a regularly monitored property, such as a worry free ownership, peace of mind and reduced expense.
If any problems are uncovered we digitally photograph the area/item and send them to you by email along with three quotes and await your instructions. No work is undertaken without your expressed permission in writing.

Arrangements for safety certificates relative to CO2 and other potential danger areas can be put into place.
