Introduction
With our wide range of property services for you to choose from you can be assured that your rental accommodation will be ideal for you and your guests.
Prior to occupation we will arrange an initial inspection and cleaning visit, including a full inventory and condition check. This includes the equipment inside the property as well as the plumbing, furniture, paintwork, garden, pool and general condition of the property.
Additionally, we also include an outgoing inspection and inventory check which is all part of the high quality service we provide.
We also supply a wide range of optional services, including key holding to ensure a smooth hand-over and a laundry/linen service should you require. Other services include interim cleaning for long lettings, regular pool cleaning and gardening maintenance.
Our services are completely geared for your specific requirements and therefore so are our prices. We do not believe the services needed for a two-bedroom finca should cost the same as a five-bedroom villa and as a result we do not charge a flat fee.
Our services are flexible and our pricing system reflects this, ensuring that you pay an accurate price for the package you require.
